ST. LOUIS, MO (STL.Directory) Thai Kitchen is a popular Thai restaurant chain previously with three locations. They announced that they would add a location in July or August 2023 in the city of St. Louis and open in Maryland Heights, MO, in the fall of 2023.
The St. Louis location is a kitchen-only inside The Hill Food Co. facility, which is a ghost kitchen concept that offers pickup and delivery from one address featuring up to 25 restaurants.

Thai Kitchen was founded originally in Maryland Heights, MO, by Sasimonthon Ongartsutthikul but sold it several years ago to an unrelated party. However, she is returning to the community opening under the name of “Thai Mama.” It will have the same menu and traditional recipes that have made their Thai cuisine among the most popular in the St. Louis region. She has opened multiple restaurants and sold most to create new locations. However, the new model appears to be to keep all locations and grow the family Thai restaurant chain brand.
Additionally, the owner, Sasimonthon Ongartsutthikul, is opening an Asian wholesale company that specializes in Thai food imports. It will be located in Maryland Heights featuring a retail front as well. The company name is Sasi Wholesale.
