Thai Kitchen – St. Louis opened inside the new ghost kitchen concept, “The Hill Food Co.” on August 1, 2023.
Thai Kitchen has been serving fine, authentic Thai cuisine to the St. Louis region since 1999 and continues to make customers happy, illustrated by each location’s Google Ratings backed by hundreds of customer reviews.
They are excited to open this new location on August 1, 2023, because it is the first Thai Kitchen restaurant in the city of St. Louis. They were the first kitchen inside The Hill Food Co. to receive an online order.

The owner, Sasimonthon Ongartsutthikul, was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, and migrated to the U.S. in 1995. Since relocating to the U.S., she has opened and sold multiple restaurants around various communities.

The newest Thai Kitchen location is this location in St. Louis, but they recently announced that they have secured space in Maryland Heights that they expect to open in early 2024. Maryland Heights was the original Thai Kitchen location created by the same owner, Sasimonthon Ongartsutthikul, but she sold it several years ago. Since that restaurant remains in business, her new place in Maryland Heights will be called Thai Mama by the Original Thai Kitchen to avoid confusing the community.
