ST LOUIS, MO (STL.Directory) CloudKitchens (CloudKitchens.com) is creating a 23-kitchen Ghost Kitchen concept on The Hill, on Hampton Avenue, that is scheduled to begin accepting orders sometime in the first quarter of 2023.
We have toured the local locations and their Kansas City location.
It is an exciting concept, and the St. Louis location is more prominent and provides more parking spaces for tenants, drivers, and customers for pickup.
The location is 2360 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, MO.
What is a Ghost Kitchen?
For example, there are 23 kitchens in the St. Louis location. There is no dine-in because it is built to facilitate pickup and delivery only! Kitchen owners do not need a large staff, just staff for cooking. The Ghost Kitchen facility offers food runners that pick up the food from the kitchen and takes it to the service counter for customer or driver pickup.
It appears an excellent option for startups before they launch into full-blown restaurants.
CloudKitchen has created 77 facilities nationwide, with more in the design and planning phases.
