LOUIS, MO – October 1, 2026 (STL.News) St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer walked out of a Board of Police Commissioners community meeting Wednesday night after asking why a St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department public affairs representative was asking questions during a forum meant to hear residents’ concerns.
