ST. LOUIS, MO – September 18, 2026 (STL.News) A former Missouri Department of Transportation supervisor has been indicted on federal fraud charges after investigators accused him of using state-issued credit cards for approximately 248 personal purchases, stealing nearly $30,000 worth of state equipment and staging a burglary in an alleged attempt to conceal part of the scheme. Artemus Jamal “AJ” Jackson, 37, of Florissant, was indicted Sept. 16 by a federal grand jury in St. Louis on four counts of mail fraud.
