The owner, Patrick Chau, also owns and operates the popular Vietnamese and Thai restaurant Viet Thai Restaurant in St. Peters, Missouri. He has operated the restaurant for over 15 years, and customers love the food based on the online reviews.

Chau is one of our favorite Asian restaurant owners. He is known as the “boat people.” He and his father escaped Vietnam during the war. Dozens of people fled the country to save their lives by boat. They floated adrift for days or weeks, hoping for a rescue and a better life. They made it, and he now owns his own business, benefiting from what he learned to cook as a child.
