Los Incas is a new Peruvian restaurant located in O’Fallon, MO.
This is still a new establishment, but after eating there, it is easy to understand why the Google Rating remains high. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is clean and energetic.
The owners, Rafael Delacruz and Luis Moreno, are from Peru and want to introduce their culture to the community.
We had no idea what kind of food Peruvian is, but I was more than impressed. It is not similar to Mexican food but rather closely resembles Mediterranean food. You have to try it to appreciate it.
