CloudKitchens is a ghost kitchen concept with one facility housing multiple commercial kitchens and restaurants operating as The Hill Food Co.
A new business concept that became popular during the COVID pandemic lockdown was a way for restaurants to focus on online ordering and delivery or pickup since dining was shut down in some places for months.
