Sauci Pasta, located at 1990 1st Capitol Drive in St. Charles, MO, is a new restaurant concept from the family behind Fratelli’s Ristorante. It opened with a bang.
(STL.Directory) Sauci Pasta recently opened in St. Charles at 1990 1st Capitol Drive and is racking up some of the most impressive online ratings. St. Louians love their Italian food, but this concept has proven many things that might stimulate multiple new ideas among the Italian community.
They serve the same excellent Italian cuisine as its sister restaurant, Fratelli’s Ristorante, located in St. Charles, MO, creating the two best Italian restaurants in the St. Charles region.
The concept is fine-dining quality cuisine in a fast food environment but with a classy, modern atmosphere with a pasta machine making their fresh daily pasta. The menu uses the same recipes as Fratelli’s Ristorante and the same excellent service, but different models to suit the customer’s needs. Created by brothers Adam and Ben Alagna. Their father is Tom Alagna, a co-founder of Fratelli’s Ristorante in 1983. Again, two Alagna brothers are back to creating great restaurant concepts to enhance the family’s legacy. The new generation will like to be known for Sauci Pasta. This is a franchisable concept that should be explored.
The kitchen is open, so customers can watch staff create award-winning, made-from-scratch Italian cuisine. As you can imagine, it is among the cleanest restaurants and kitchens in the region.
