The St. Louis region has many Mexican restaurants, but one of our favorites is a locally-owned chain called Chimi’s Fresh Mex. It has multiple locations and appears to be a private, locally-owned chain with significant management skills.
We don’t know much about this chain, but we are attempting to contact the owner for additional information. They offer online ordering via DoorDash, dine-in, carryout, and a bar at each location.
